Trevor has extensive procurement experience gained in both the Public and Private Sectors.  He joined Liverpool City Council in 2014 as Head of Procurement being responsible for developing procurement strategy and increasing procurement influence.  His remit also includes supporting the delivery of Liverpool’s Inclusive Growth Plan and Fair City Strategy.  Prior to his current role Trevor led the strategic sourcing team at One Connect Ltd, a Lancashire County Council/BT joint venture.  Trevor also led procurement teams in the NHS at local Trust level and was part of the original NHS pathfinder collaborative procurement Hub in the North West, which gained CIPS Supply Management Most Improved Procurement Operation – Start-Up in 2007.
