Paul Anstey is Sodexo CEO of Schools and Universities across the UK & Ireland, Benelux and Nordic regions. He is responsible for £180m of revenue covering catering, student accommodation, soft and hard FM services.
Paul graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Pure & Applied Mathematics from Aberystwyth University in 1993 and worked as an Area Manager with Aldi, having taken an undergraduate retail sponsorship programme with Sainsbury’s.
He went to hold a number of director roles in the hospitality industry, including with Whitbread, Travelodge, Punch Taverns and Hilton Worldwide, before joining Sodexo in 2012 as Managing Director of Commercial Education. He was promoted to his current role in 2015.
Paul is married with three children and lives in Nottingham.
