Frank started his career in the Royal Navy as weapon officer leaving after 22 years having reached the position of Maritime Task Group leader at the Joint Air Reconnaissance Intelligence Centre (JARIC).
As a civilian, Frank joined Aviva PLC as a senior project manager responsible for multiple projects and programmes including the closure of Aviva’s final salary pension scheme and the roll out of Workday HCM in the UK to 18,000 employees, the first blue chip company in the UK to adopt Workday. In 2014 Frank left Aviva PLC as the Head of Global Transformation (Shared Services) and set up his own business.
In 2015 Frank entered his first contract with Barclays Bank as the implementation and transition director on their Ring Fence Bank programme where he stayed for nearly 2 years. After a small stint with Nationwide at the beginning of 2017 Frank joined the Cabinet Office in August 2017 to create and manage two major programmes relating to Resourcing and Learning.
Frank is currently employed as a programme manager for the Cabinet office, delivering Workday for civil service Fast Streamers.
