Chris is Director of Insight at BIFM, the professional body for facilities management, where he leads its research and policy function which assesses and disseminates the latest challenges and trends facing the FM industry and the impact for those working within it.
Before returning to BIFM he was MD for UK & IRL for Leesman, the world’s leading assessor of workplace effectiveness, where he supported some of the largest brands in the world understand the employee experience of their corporate workspaces. He has spoken on the topic of workplace effectiveness around the world using data from the Leesman Index to help organisations better understand how workplace can support employees.
